Meditation for Awareness and Relaxation of the Physical Body

The human body is a miraculously advanced organism. The human mind is capable of powerful integration with it, but it must be intentionally cultivated. Michael Perkola will present techniques to improve awareness and intentional relaxation of the physical body. After practicing meditation, the attendees will explore the short yoga practice with heightened awareness and a relaxed body.
Speaker: Michael Perkola began practicing meditation at the age of 15 to cope with Attention Deficit Disorder. He has been teaching meditation for 13 years. His heightened physical awareness has been a great aid in yoga asana practice. He possesses over 3250 hours of experience in instructing yoga and meditation.
Fee: Donations of $8 minimum, $20 suggested.
